What is the 6 Week Challenge?
Whether it be a kick-start to your fitness goals, a lifestyle change or a way to stay motivated at the gym, we guarantee you a fun and supportive way to reach your goals.
It's great for those to who like to workout at home or outdoors, or for those who love to come to the gym and either train in a group or train solo. All activities are welcome and get you in the running for the chance to win awesome prizes!
What do I get when I sign up for the 6 Week Challenge?
- Online workouts of the day and lifestyle challenges
- Access to the official Facebook group for all challenge members to log points and track results
- The chance to win prizes (how does a free membership sound?)
The six week challenge starts October 30 – don’t miss your chance to be fitter, healthier and happier this spring & summer.
Can I do the challenge without the Personal Training package - NEW!
Yes, sign up at reception and simply pay the $19 registration fee. This gets basic access to the 6 week challenge and does not include, small group training, webinars, saturday training or other add-ons.
Can I do the challenge if I am not a member of Monbulk Aquatic Centre?
You bet! Come and see us in the club and sign up for one of our Personal Training direct debit packages (non-member prices will vary from the member prices shown) and we can help you get started.
What can I win?
1st Prize = 3 months FREE membership
2nd Prize = 2 months free
3rd Prize = 1 month free
Please note that prizes are given for those who accumulate the most "points" in the 6 Week Challenge. In the event of a tie management reserve the right to choose a single winner based on (but not limited to) the following criteria: Time spent completing the challenge on premises, behaviour towards staff, behaviour towards other gym patrons and overall enthusiasm!

This Spring we are offering those who sign up to our 6 Week Challenge participants with our exclusive Personal Training packages access to these exciting offers!
- Exclusive bootcamp for challenge members only, Saturdays 9.30am. Each week will have a different focus to help you reach your goals.
- Exclusive daily small group training sessions in the Health Club to help get those points faster
- Access to exclusive webinars and online content regarding health and fitness
- Discounted direct debit Personal Training packages (please note: you must purchase one of the 6 week direct debit packages to enter the 6 Week Challenge)
- Choose from 1, 2 or 3 x 30 or 45 minute personal training sessions per week with your choice of trainer (or we can allocate one to you if you're unsure)
