Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

30 minutes | All levels
Suitable for everyone from beginners to athletes, this class focuses on bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery. A short, sharp workout that gets results fast.
45 – 50 minutes | All levels
Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere. The workouts feature a variety of dance styles, including salsa, cumbia and more. Participants follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the foundation core muscles. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
60 minutes | All levels
YIN consists of introspective Yin-style poses that are held for 1-5 minutes to unravel stored emotional, mental and physical tension. As fascia gradually releases, let yourself relax and unwind with this deeply nourishing and grounding practice.

HATHA is a gradual paced style of practice which offers lengthened holds through asana, a combination of floor and standing. This class focusses on pose instruction and is a great class for anyone who is a beginner to yoga. Hatha is a great class for all levels of fitness and ability and we guarantee it will leave you feeling refreshed and focused after.

VINYASA is a creative flow, combining fluid movement which is accessible yoga poses around an emphasis on linking breath with movement to nourish the mind, body and soul. You will explore pranayama, and mindfulness meditation.

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

This hybrid class combines the best of both worlds: strength training and indoor cycling. You can expect to see a variety of functional, resistance and body weight exercises along with high-energy cycle intervals – perfectly blending the two into a high energy 60 minute circuit.

A gentle stretching, movement and flexibility class designed to aid recovery, prevent injury and regain mobility. Our qualified instructor takes you through guided stretches that are tailored to all levels of mobility.

This moderate to high intensity circuit-style class incorporates resistance, body weight and cardiovascular exercises for a total body workout. You can expect timed intervals and circuits throughout the 50 minutes – guaranteed to get your heart rate up and make you sweat! Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Short on time but big on impact! This 30-minute functional fitness class blends bodyweight movements, strength exercises, functional movements and cardio bursts to deliver a fast and effective workout. Designed to improve everyday movement, boost endurance, and build lean muscle, each session is varied and scalable to suit all fitness levels.
Expect energy, variety, and lots of fun—all in half an hour!

With the support of a trained professional, participants move through their program at their own pace, building confidence and improving overall wellbeing in a welcoming and social environment.

This full-body workout blends strength, cardio, and functional training in a fast-paced circuit format. Whether we’re powering through drills in the gym or taking advantage of the fresh air outdoors, every session is designed to challenge all fitness levels and keep you motivated.
A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.
The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that focusses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.
A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.

AQUA FOR ALL is designed to be an aerobic workout utilising the benefits of low impact exercise in the pool for all abilities. Tone muscle, improve cardiovascular endurance and flexibility whilst enjoying being motivated through upbeat music. AQUA FOR ALL is easy to follow and a great way to exercise together in a group fitness environment

Aqua HIIT combines the power of high-intensity intervals with the resistance of water for a full-body workout that’s low-impact but high-results. There are plenty of options of exercise modifications to ensure the class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Gentle, yet specific exercise designed to increase functional mobility, improve muscle and bone strength and enhance balance and flexibility. We encourage participation from those overcoming injury and managing chronic conditions, as well as those wanting to improve their overall Health and Wellbeing. Medical Clearance may be required, depending on the individual circumstances.
