When you book a birthday party with us at Monbulk Aquatic Centre the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organise everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.
With a range of options available from pool parties for big kids or littlies to disco dance parties, as well catered and non-catered and healthy food options – we’ll deliver a party the kids won’t stop talking about for days.
Our trained Party Hosts will co-ordinate the entire party ensuring the children remain safe but at the same time have a blast.

Frankie Flamingo Package
Let’s Dance! Get your groove on and dance the afternoon away at our land-based Frankie Flamingo disco party. Enjoy 2 hours of games, dancing and singing at our Disco Flamingo Party! Suitable for 5–16-year old’s.
Available Fridays only from 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Penn Penguin Package
Waddle on over and party like a Penguin! Enjoy 2 hours of fun, games and laughter in our Program Pool at our Penn Penguin Party. Suitable for 5-6 year old’s.
Available both Saturday and Sunday from 1pm – 3pm, or 3:30pm – 5:30pm

Tommy Turtle Package
Surf on over and “shellebrate” with our totally awesome ‘Tommy Turtle’ party. Enjoy 2 hours of fun and games in the pool, including our favourite inflatable. Suitable for 6-12 year old’s.
Available both Saturday and Sunday from 1pm – 3pm, or 3:30pm – 5:30pm.

Party Information
Our trained Party Hosts will co-ordinate the entire party ensuring the children enjoy a party they will never forget all while remaining safe.
The event area is available to you 10 minutes prior to the start of your party, and we require you to have vacated the area at the end of the party time. Guests of the party are welcome to stay and play in the pool if they wish but must still be accompanied by an adult if under 10 years of age and will need to move their belongings out of the event area.
We offer both catered and non-catered options. For both options we provide a table, chairs, and a tablecloth. If you choose a catered option, we provide everything else you will need. However, if you are choosing a non-catered option you will need to bring everything with you. Please note, we DO NOT allow glass, chine or knives through onto our pool deck. We also DO NOT provide heating or cooling facilities and electronic appliances are not to be used at the facility.
Friday – Frankie Flamingo Package: 2-hour session from 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Saturday and Sunday – Penn Penguin Package and Tommy Turtle Package: 2 hour sessions from 1:00pm – 3:00pm OR 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 participants are required for all parties, maximum of 25.
- Parties over 20 children require a third staff member. Please note final numbers for parties with number over 20 will need to be confirmed 7 days prior to the party.
- Please note the inflatable can only be used by children over the age of 6.
- All children under the age of 10 need to be supervised.
- Please ensure you and party guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the party start time.
- Parties DO NOT run on Public Holidays, Event Days (i.e Mothers Day), Long Weekends or December and January.
Payment
Parties are conducted for a minimum of 12 children. We require payment for the minimum number of children to secure your requested day and time. This can be done over the phone or in Centre. Please note payments are fully refundable if the event is cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Extra children can be paid for on the day at reception upon commencement of the party games, by either debit/credit card or cash.
- $35 per child for a catered party (Traditional or Healthy)
- $25 per child for a non-catered party
- Additional extras can be added – these will be listed in the Information Pack you will receive upon enquiry.
- Payment for 12 children is required for your deposit on confirmation of booking to secure the date and timeslot. Extra children can be paid for on the day at reception upon commencement of the party games, by either debit/credit card or cash.
- You will be contacted in the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending, menu option and any allergy requirements.
