Monbulk Aquatic Centre has a number of different group fitness. Get your heart rate racing with CARDIO SMASH, TABATA, BODYCOMBAT or BODYPUMP or slow it down a bit and focus on your core, body and mind with PILATES or YOGA. We also have AQUAFIT classes if you are keen to jump in the water!

Please be aware that sometimes classes can reach their maximum particpants, so make sure to come in 15 mins before class start times to ensure you get a spot!
